★.The Company has devoted enormous resources into the improvement of production technology and product research. The production process is designed to match the international standards. At the moment, the Company is accredited by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for both quality and environment controls.
★.The Company applies strict quality control to all finished products. All the processes are seriously monitored to meet the standards of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for both quality and environment controls. So far, the Company has not received any complaints about the quality of the Company’s products.
★.The Company sources all raw materials from other well-established and reputed domestic suppliers.
★.One of the major strengths of PSB is its low production cost, both physically and financially.
★.The Company has the advanced automatic production/packaging lines, which can meet the order requirements of our clients from home and abroad.
★.The Company draws its annual production plan based on two factors: firstly, the Company sets initial output target according to sales contracts and orders; secondly, the Company sets final output target based on the actual market condition and the Company’s prediction of potential demand.
★.China’s agricultural industry has strong seasonal characteristics. The actual production process of which can be divided into several different stages, such as cultivating, seeding, watering, fertilizing and yielding, according to actual seasonal changes or changes in the crops’ growth stages. Based on past experience, northern China usually had one season and southern China had two to three seasons when farmers devoted enormous resources into the purchase of fertilizers. As a result, the Company must have substantial quantity of inventory to meet demand arising from agricultural high seasons, to coordinate shipping schedule and to take over market share from its major competitors. The Company is trying to expand into different geographical locations to seek demand where different types of crops are planted in the conventional low season in order to smooth out the seasonality factor. The other solution is to offer favorable measures to stimulate demand in low season.
The Company produces very limited quantity of wastes during the course of production. Most of the wastes are plastic materials of cuts and chips leftover from the packing process, these materials can be recycled for use in other purposes. The whole production processes have no pollutions in terms of the discharging of noise, water and air. The manufacturing conditions are totally pro-human and eco-friendly. So far, the Company has not been held responsible for any environmental liabilities.
